About this test
Separation anxiety is not limited to children: it can persist or emerge in adulthood. It is characterized by excessive and persistent fear of being separated from people to whom one is attached. This test evaluates three essential dimensions: distress experienced during separations, worry about losing a loved one, and emotional dependency behaviors. The results will help you better understand your relationship with attachment.
Dimensions assessed
- ●Separation distress- Intensity of emotional and physical suffering during separation.
- ●Fear of loss- Excessive fear that something bad will happen to a loved one or that they will disappear.
- ●Emotional dependency- Excessive need for the presence and approval of attachment figures.
