2. Data collected
tests.psychologieetserenite.com is designed to operate without a user account. No registration is required, no advertising tracking cookie is used.
Your test answers, along with the information from the demographic form (birth year, gender, optional first name, optional free-text context), are transmitted to our servers as soon as you click « See my report » — before any payment — in order to display your report and, if you close the tab before finishing, to let you resume it later (including from another device, via the link received by email).
Your answers, your free-text context and your demographic information may be kept on our servers without a time limit, in order to provide the service (report generation and resumption) and for aggregated statistical purposes only — never individually, never used to personalise an email, a price or marketing targeting. Your first name, the only directly identifying data we keep, is deleted after your report is generated if you completed a purchase, or automatically after 30 days if you did not. It is never transmitted to a third party.
If you provide your email (for example to receive a resume link), it is kept in order to give you access to your report. The technical link between this email and your test answers is automatically severed after 30 days if you have not completed a purchase.
Smart test (optional feature): if you enable it, the context text you enter and your free clarifications during the test are analysed by our processor Anthropic (USA, Data Privacy Framework) in order to personalise your report. This analysis only takes place with your explicit consent (dedicated checkbox); without consent, none of these texts is transmitted to Anthropic. Retention period for this content: see above.
3. Hosting and transfers
Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos st., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (European Union). Data is hosted within the European Economic Area.
Analysis processor: Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, USA). Data is transmitted in encrypted form (TLS 1.3) for analysis. Anthropic is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), guaranteeing a level of data protection equivalent to the GDPR, in accordance with the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
Payment: Stripe Inc. (USA), PCI DSS Level 1 certified and participant in the Data Privacy Framework.
