Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of PDF reports from online psychological tests offered on the Psychologie et Sérénité platform (tests.psychologieetserenite.com). By making a purchase, the user accepts these conditions without reservation.

2. Services offered

Psychologie et Sérénité offers: (a) free psychological tests with online results, (b) paid detailed PDF reports automatically generated after completing a test.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros including tax. PDF report: EUR 1.99 per test. Prices may be modified at any time, without retroactive effect on purchases already made.

4. Payment

Payment is made through the secure Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payment is debited immediately upon order validation.

5. Delivery

PDF reports are generated and delivered instantly after payment. The download link is valid for 24 hours.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment. By purchasing a report, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

7. Limitation of liability

The tests and analyses generated are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. They do not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional. Psychologie et Sérénité cannot be held responsible for the use made of the results.

Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Psychologie et Serenite, represented by Gildas GARREC. For any questions regarding the protection of your data, you can contact us at: contact@psychologieetserenite.com.

2. Data collected

tests.psychologieetserenite.com is designed to operate in a 100% anonymous manner. No registration is required. No identifier, tracking cookie, or fingerprint is used to identify users. Your test responses are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage (client-side). The only data passing through our servers are: anonymized responses (when purchasing a report) and the Stripe payment session.

3. Hosting and transfers

Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos st., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (European Union). Data is hosted within the European Economic Area. Analysis subcontractor: Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, USA). Anonymized data is transmitted in an encrypted manner (TLS 1.3) for analysis. Anthropic is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring a level of data protection equivalent to the GDPR. Payment: Stripe Inc. (USA), PCI DSS Level 1 certified and Data Privacy Framework participant.

4. Data retention periods

Test responses (localStorage): browser session, deleted on close or manually. Report token / PDF: 24 hours maximum, then automatically deleted. Stripe data: according to Stripe's retention policy. Data on our servers: zero retention — no responses are stored permanently.

5. Legal basis

Data processing is based on two legal grounds: (a) Explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR): the user accepts processing by taking a test. (b) Contract performance (Article 6.1.b GDPR): processing is necessary for the provision of the paid report service.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to data portability, right to object, right to restriction. To exercise these rights: contact@psychologieetserenite.com. CNIL complaint: www.cnil.fr.

7. Cookies

tests.psychologieetserenite.com does not use any tracking, advertising, or analytical cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies for the secure payment system (Stripe) may be placed.

8. Security

The following security measures are implemented: HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption for all communications, zero data retention on our servers, client-side storage only (browser localStorage), time-limited download tokens (24h) with HMAC integrity verification.
