Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of PDF reports from online psychological tests offered by Psychologie et Sérénité.

2. Products

The service consists of taking an online psychological test, followed by the option to purchase a detailed PDF report. Report prices are displayed before purchase.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros including tax. They are as follows depending on the test type: Essential (€9.90), In-depth (€14.90), Premium (€24.90), Full Assessment (€34.90), Diagnostic (€14.90). Discounted packs are also available.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. Psychologie et Sérénité never has access to your banking information.

5. Delivery

The PDF report is automatically generated after payment confirmation and downloaded immediately. A download link is valid for 24 hours.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment. By purchasing a report, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

7. Disclaimer

The tests offered are self-assessment tools for informational purposes. They do not constitute a medical or psychological diagnosis in any way and do not replace a professional consultation.

Privacy Policy

1. Complete anonymity

Our tests are anonymous. No registration is required. We do not collect any personally identifiable data (name, email, address). Your test responses are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers before purchasing a report.

2. Payment data

Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe, our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We never store your banking information.

3. Report generation

When purchasing a report, your responses are securely transmitted to calculate your score and generate your PDF. Responses and the PDF are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

4. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous audience measurement. No advertising cookies are used. Your browser's localStorage is used to save your test progress. You can disable Google Analytics via your browser settings.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. However, since we do not collect any personally identifiable data, these rights apply de facto. You can clear your responses at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.
