Perfectionism Test
Assess your level of perfectionism and its different facets
About this test
Perfectionism is a complex personality trait that can be both a driver of success and a source of suffering. This test distinguishes adaptive perfectionism (which drives excellence) from maladaptive perfectionism (which paralyzes and generates anxiety). It measures four key dimensions inspired by the Frost scale: your personal standards, your fear of mistakes, your doubts about your actions, and perceived social pressure. The results will help you channel your perfectionism positively.
Dimensions assessed
- ●Personal standards- Level of demands you place on yourself in your achievements and performance.
- ●Fear of mistakes- Anxiety related to the possibility of making errors and reactions to failure.
- ●Doubts about actions- Tendency to doubt the quality of your work and to question your accomplishments.
- ●Perceived social pressure- Perception of others' high expectations of you and need to satisfy them.
