Hypersensitivity Test
Assess your level of sensory, emotional and social sensitivity
About this test
Hypersensitivity, also known as high sensitivity (HSP), is a temperament trait that affects approximately 15 to 20% of the population. Highly sensitive people process information more deeply, are more receptive to environmental stimuli, and experience emotions with great intensity. This test assesses four dimensions of sensitivity: emotional, sensory, social and cognitive. Understanding your sensitivity profile will help you better manage your environment and transform this trait into a strength.
Dimensions assessed
- ●Emotional Sensitivity- Intensity and depth of your emotional reactions to events.
- ●Sensory Sensitivity- Heightened receptivity to physical stimuli: noises, lights, smells, textures.
- ●Social Sensitivity- Fine perception of interpersonal dynamics and sensitivity to the social climate.
- ●Depth of Processing- Tendency to process information deeply and to reflect intensely.
