Borderline (BPD) Traits Test
Assess your traits of emotional and relational instability
Designed based on cognitive and behavioral psychology research.
QUICK ANSWER
The Borderline (BPD) Traits Test is a 20-question self-assessment (about 8 min) measuring 4 key dimensions. A test of borderline traits (emotional instability, fear of abandonment, impulsivity), inspired by the MSI-BPD and PID-5. Screening, not a diagnosis. After completing it you get an instant overview, then a detailed PDF report (1,99 €): scores per dimension, a radar chart and a personalized action plan. This tool is for self-knowledge and does not replace a professional consultation.
About this test
This test assesses TRAITS of emotional and relational instability (borderline register), inspired by the McLean Screening Instrument for BPD (Zanarini, 2003, a screening tool) and the PID-5: emotional lability, fear of abandonment, instability of relationships and self-image, impulsivity. It is SCREENING, never a diagnosis: borderline self-diagnosis is widespread and often wrong. Good news: it is one of the disorders whose prognosis has improved most (dialectical behavior therapy, schema therapy). Only a professional can diagnose.

- ●Emotional instability- Intense, shifting emotions that are hard to regulate.
