Apres une periode difficile, le test resilience m'a montre mes forces et mes faiblesses face a l'adversite. Le rapport propose des strategies concretes pour developper ma capacite de rebond.
Le rapport analyse la resilience sur plusieurs dimensions : adaptabilite, optimisme, soutien social. Mon score en adaptabilite est eleve mais le soutien social est faible. Les pistes proposees sont pertinentes.
