About this test
Compulsions are repetitive behaviors or mental acts that a person feels driven to perform in response to an obsession or according to rigid rules. This test explores four major types of compulsions: checking rituals, contamination-related behaviors, the need for symmetry and order, and counting and repetition rituals. Understanding your compulsions is an essential step toward regaining control of your daily life.
Dimensions assessed

- ●Washing and contamination- Excessive cleaning and hygiene rituals related to fear of contamination.
- ●Ordering and symmetry- Compelling need for order, symmetry, and precise alignment of objects.
- ●Counting and repetition- Mental or behavioral rituals involving counting, repeating gestures, or words.

Le rapport explique très bien la différence entre TOC et perfectionnisme rigide. Mon perfectionnisme impacte ma vie professionnelle et personnelle, maintenant je sais quoi travailler.
