Anger and Impulsivity Test
Assess your tendency to angry outbursts and your frustration tolerance
How to read your scores
Each dimension is scored out of its own maximum (e.g. 16/25 = 16 points out of 25 for that dimension). The higher the score, the more that dimension is present. Below each bar, a label (low / moderate / high) and a clinical interpretation explain what your score means. The overall score sums every dimension.Overall score

High — "Frustration threshold": this facet is clearly present and colors part of your reactions.
Moderate — "Mode of expression": this facet is moderately present and expresses itself depending on the context.
Very high — "Recovery and regret": this facet is very marked. This result is a trait screening, not a diagnosis — only a professional can determine that.
Your full report includes
- ✓Introduction
This test assesses a dispositional tendency toward disproportionate angry outbursts and low frustration tolerance, inspired by the State-Trait Anger model (STAXI, Spielberger) and the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (1992): frequency and intensity of outbursts, trigger threshold, mode of expression (verbal, physical), recovery and regret. Anger is a NORMAL emotion; this test measures neither dangerousness nor 'intermittent explosive disorder' (which requires clinical evaluation).
